Free drop off / pick up service and clean helmets. I can really recommend this company for renting a scooter. I booked the scooter online on the ferry to Bali. With the free drop off service the scooter was delivered one hour after arriving at the hotel. We rented the whole package including two helmets, iPhone holder and the extra storage compartment. The helmets were freshly sanitized and they brought extra sizes for me to choose from. When we left Bali they picked up the scooter at the hotel. They couldn’t make the pickup time and just asked me for some pictures of the scooter and to drop off the keys at the reception. What a great service. All these extra benefits without being more expensive. When we come back to Bali and need a scooter I will use them again for sure. ~ Denis

I've used Bikago all over Bali for around one month, renting their bikes in different towns (Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Dalung and more). Bikago is an amazing company that provides world class service. They provide bikes in phenomenal condition, deliver and pick up the bikes to and from your location, support an easy online rental process, and are super responsive with any request. Bikago made the entire rental process easy and reliable. The employees are super friendly and their customer support is second to none. I forgot to turn off the bike one time and my battery died. In just 30 minutes, a friendly employee showed up with a smile on his face and replaced the battery. Every interaction I've had with Bikago was so very great. If I'm in Bali again, I clearly would only use Bikago. ~ A O

We rented three scooters from Ubud Bikago and their customer service and transparency was great. It may be more expensive than other bike rentals, but there is no scam or hidden clauses. Unfortunately two of us end up falling, the scooters took some damage. The team promptly offer to deliver new motorbikes to the hotel and where first concerned about us and not the motorbikes.. also, when returning them even with the damage all we had to pay was the 90$ excess stated no hidden fees or doggy clzuses. The only remark for improvement is do not take online bookings for a time you cannot deliver the bikes. We asked for motorbikes at 3.30 pm, the site allows for it to be booked but then the agency says can only deliver by 7 pm. ~ D D

I rented bikes for 9 people in 3 locations (Ubud, Jimbaran, Seminyak) for 14 days. The staff was very kind and helpful (except Seminyak - guys delivered bikes but nothing like "selamat pagi" or "good morning" or "anything"). Girl in Ubud (Tari) was absolutely amazing! Nice, kind, professional, smily... Bikago has a very convenient online portal for reservations and their staff is very responsive on Whatsapp. It was very easy to book motorbikes. My wife and I were all set to the see the fabulous sights at Bali and be independent thanks to the bike rented from Bikago! I would recommend Bikago Bali rental (with insured motorbikes) to anyone looking for a bit of independence, adventure and a way to get around the bus/cars in heavy traffic. ~ Radim M

The service, price, motorcycles and staff all is realy great! We rented a motorcycle Honda crf 150L for 36 days but after a few days we noticed this is not handy for longer rides. We could change it for free for a Honda cbr150L. and leave a lot off our lugage at their store in Ubud. At our way to Amed We took a google maps shortcut and fall with the bike. They came to pick up ore bike for free in Amed two times. First after the crash to change for a new one. Then because we lost confidence they picked it up again. They also transported our luggage. Because we had a cancel security they booked back the resulting money from the days in two days. So better service and Bikes you get nowhere. I should say dont look any further. ~ Promptus D

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten einen Scooter für 4 Tage. Konnten flexibel verlängern und die Möglichkeit den Scooter an einem anderen Ort in Bali zurückzugeben ist genial! Der Customer Service über WhatsApp ist super. Der Tagespreis ist zwar etwas höher als ein Roller von der Straße, aber lohnt sich. ~ Susi V

Great Company! I had many bikes over the years and everytime my expectations where met! Delivery was punctual, pick up as well. Bikes were in used, but good condition, helmets were ok. For me the service really justifies the little higher price compared to the competition. I got the bikes delivered to Sanur, then went to sidemen, where I got sick. So the guys picked the bike up and I got a refund, because I had the insurance covering me. After a few days I got another bike delivered to another location, again more than punctual! The contact via whatsapp works great, a friendly employee answers every request I had. I am more than satisfied. ~ Sascha R

We have rent two scooter on short notice and prolonged it one day without problem, in total 3 days. Everything went very smooth how it should be! You get good maintained scooters even with a little first aid kit and the stuff is friendly and professional. Advantage there is a gas station next to the shop which makes the return process very easy, just fill it quick up before return. You pay more but its less stressful because they ofer an optional insurance which I guess with the Bali way of drive is worth to have it and scooter treatment with parkt scooters is like in Paris bump it in, bump it out. Hier eens scooter gehuurd De rode Vespanzag er goed verzorgd uit Ik had voor afleveren gekozen (en betaald) maar vanwege drukte kon de scooter niet door de op mij gekozen tijd geleverd worden. Ik heb de scooter toen maar opgehaald omdat ik niet langer wilde wachten. Het teveel betaalde bedrag werd automatisch terug gestort. Top service! ~ Stephan K

La moto estaba en perfectas condiciones, solamente puedo ponerle pegas al casco del acompañante (un poco desgastado), todo lo demás perfecto. Tardaron 15 más de lo previsto en traer y recoger la moto pero no nos importó. Nos devolvieron la fianza al completo a los pocos días. Recomendamos esta compañía. ~ Fake P

We rented a Honda Scoopy from Bikago during our stay in Ubud, Bali, for 3 days. We did a walk-in for the booking where we were offered multiple motorbikes. We were also offered payment options in both USD & IDR. We paid 41.70 USD for 3 days, including insurance having 95 USD deductible and 2 helmets. Bikago Team delivered the bike to our cottage as per schedule. During the rental period, we did not face any issues with the bike, and everything went smoothly. Bikago Team also picked up the bike after proper due diligence as per schedule. All in all, it was a great experience, and I recommend Bikago for motorbike rental. ~ Ranjan D

Sehr empfehlenswert. Einer der wenigen Anbieter, die die Roller mit Verwicher6ng anbieten. Unser Roller war topgepflegt und wurde uns ohne Aufpreis mit einem kleinen Lieferwagen bis ans Hotel geliefert. Zwei Helme, die sauber waren, wurden ebenfalls mitgeliefert, sowie die Handyhalterung mit Ladebuchse. Nur nich ne eSim vor dem Urlaub buchen und Ihr habt mit Googlemaps das Navi dabei. Ist etwas teurer aber sehr zu empfehlen. ~ Volker A

I couldn't recommend Bikago more highly! I ordered a Scoopy and it was delivered to my hotel, they gave me instructions on how to start it, lock it etc. and we both took photos of any scratches. I needed to clarify some points and contacted them on WhatsApp and they quickly replied, answering my questions. I am only new to Scooter-riding in Bali and so didn't feel confident to ride when I moved to Ubud. I returned the scooter early and they picked it up at the appointed time, without any fuss and refunded my money once they checked the bike. I will definitely book through Bikago again! My friend and I rented scooters from Bikago and were very impressed with the company. I ordered a month in advance and their whatsapp and email communication was timely and helpful. The bikes were delivered to our hotel in Kuta at the time I choose and they were very flexible as we changed from them collecting the bikes from a different hotel in Ubud to us dropping them off at the office. The bikes themselves were in excellent condition, much nicer looking and well serviced than many others we saw on the roads. Wouldn't hesitate to use Bikago again. ~ Hannah D

FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Here's the full scoop - I had a very unique experience. The first half of my trip was great, and when i travelled to a more remote part of the island, i was impressed to see how prompt Bikago were able to deliver a quality bike to my residence. I was then able to easily amend this booking to extend it further, no dramas. Towards the end of my trip, i suffered a debilitating back injury in the gym and so couldn't ride the scooter anymore. The Bikago team were incredibly empathetic of my situation, and made picking up the bike from my villa (about an hour away from the hospital i was in) a breeze, coordinating the entire thing with hotel staff without me needed - AND, they even refunded me the difference for the days i wasn't able to ride but had booked it. Honestly can't fault them - professional, courteous, down to earth and great value for money. Thanks for a great experience guys - will DEFINATELY be back! ~ Jordon B

I walked in front of the rent a scooter by change - and I got a super nice experience! The owner is super kind, always reachable per WhatsApp and the fare are pretty fair (aligned to other Ubud‘s renters - 200k a day for a ADV 150). He is also very flexible ( I kept the scooter one day longer and there were no problems - he is also available to deliver/pick up the scooter). The scooter itself was modern, had no problems at all and was easy to drive. All in all, I would recommend you to rent here! ~ Gianmaria G

Excellent ! I highly recommand Bikago ! We rent first 1 scooter and 1 motorbike and then asked to replace both vehicules by one Big scooter for two. Each time the vehicules were brand new, with the helmet and full of fuel. They delivered and assumed the replacement in different areas in Bali. The driver, the hotline were both kind and reactive. Ok, that's a bit more expensive than in other place in the area but that was the price for insurance, security and an excellent service. You can go with them without hesitation ~ Alexandre P

The best bike rental. I used it 3 times for my Bali trip: in Ubud, Uluwatu, and Nusa Penida. Each time, I ordered a bike online, and it was delivered to me. I paid a deposit only at the beginning and used it for all subsequent rentals. Each time, I rented different bikes and fell in love with the red Vespa 125cc. It is more maneuverable than the Vespa 150cc, and I enjoy driving it more. The customer service is the best in Bali. I wish all companies like Grab would learn from them. Good quality bike with phone holder. I don’t know how would have gotten around without it. Bikago is more expensive than other options but I didn’t mind paying knowing I would have a bike in excellent condition, 24 hours assistance and good insurance. Only bad thing was the new Honda Viara’s mirrors do not extend out enough and only have me a rear view of my shoulders. This is a Honda design flaw not Bikago’s fault. So I would recommend an alternative bike unless bikago starts to provide wider rear view mirrors ~ Kevin R
